From the very start of the manufacturing process, strength is built directly into the grass using our advanced double tuft lock system. This tightly secures every fibre into place before the latex backing is applied — creating a tougher, more resilient lawn from the ground up.

ONE-DNA™ backing: designed for circularity
For customers looking for a mono-material construction designed for circularity, we offer ONE-DNA™, our most advanced backing solution to date.
Unlike traditional artificial grass, which is made from multiple types of plastic that are difficult to separate and recycle, ONE-DNA™ is made from a single polymer.
While around 90% of the market still relies on latex backing, and PE backing already represents a step forward, ONE-DNA™ goes even further. The mono-material construction creates a homogeneous PE material stream designed for mechanical recycling at end of life, depending on available recycling infrastructure.
*We also use only GuT-regulated latex, which means it is:
- Low-emission
- Non-toxic
- Rigorously tested for peace of mind
